The referral providers are mostly senior employees from top companies who can either send your resumes to recruiters/HRs, or hand them directly to the hiring managers. No more automated resume screening!
(Online applications submitted through official websites are likely to be excluded by auto resume screening due to the lack of required keywords or other issues，e.g late submissions)

There are three steps :

Once service is ordered, I will send you necessary study/interview materials (resume templates, behavioral questions and answers, company lists, job search website summaries, interview summaries and technical questions and answers, project ideas and source codes ).

Q1. How is interview prep conducted?
There are three types of interview preps:
- If you have never participated in any interviews (phone , online or on-site), we will walk you through the interview steps (60 mins)
- If you wonder your readiness of interviews, we will provide mock interviews and feedbacks (60 min questions+15 min answers and feedbacks)
- If you need more guidance on tech interviews, we will provide long term training (CPA exam, System Design, OO design, Online Assessment, Coding, Data Challenges, Case Study, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Big Data, SQL, R, SAS, Python, Web Development, etc. ) , price might differ.
Service 4: Cover Letter Writing
You will be offered 25% off discount if you order any of above services. We will help you correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, or typography and rephrase content for professional expression. We will help you summarize previous work experience to make it more concise and relevant.
Once the service is ordered, please have your resume and cover letter ready. Send us a email with “your name” as the title, your resume and cover letter (pdf format) as attachments.
